Mediterranean Lentil Salad

Ingredients
3.5 serving Lentils (goya) 15.5 oz can/serves 3.5 1 oz Feta Cheese 3 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 2 tbsp Parsley 1 tbsp Oregano 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
Directions
Dressing: Whisk together olive oil, lemon, Oregano, salt and pepper and set aside.
Rinse lentils and put in bowl with remainder of the ingredients.
Pour dressing over and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate so flavors meld.
