Sweedish pancakes

Ingredients
4.0 tbsp Butter, salted4.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 tsp Salt4.0 tsp Granulated Sugar1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Melt butter in separate dish. Wisk eggs then wisk in flour then add melted butter. Batter will be lumpy. Melt butter in 12" frying pan then add thin layer of batter to pan. Coving entire pan. Cook for a few minutes on each side. Roll pancakes and top with powdered sugar, syrup or fresh fruit or topping of choice. Serving Size: Makes 6 12" pancakes
