Ingredients
8 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round] 5 gram(s) Dried Chopped Onion (1 Tbsp) (by HEALTHSMART4) 3 clove Garlic 2 cup Eden Black Soy Beans 2 tbsp Chili powder 4 cup Canned Tomatoes Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown meat and add chopped onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, chili powder salt and pepper. Add I can of Eden Black Soy Beans, and let simmer slowly.
