.75 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .19 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 2.25 cup Cake Flour (by JHAAKSMA) 1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 3 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt 6 tbsp Butter, unsalted .5 cup, pitted, chopped Dates
Whisk milk, egg, brown sugar, vanilla
In a separate bowl combine all dry ingredients
Blend butter into dry ingredients
Stir in dates and milk mixture
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18min
