Sugar Free Upside Down Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1 Can Pumpkin puree, canned, without salt (not pie filling)12 oz Evaporated Milk, Fat Free Milk Carnation 2/3 Pyure organic stevia bakeable blend sweetener 1/2 cup Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 serving Graham Crackers, Honey Maid Low Fat Honey Grahams (2 full crackers = 1 serving = 35 g) 1 serving Cool Whip Fat Free (2 tbs/15cals/serv) Whipped Topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a deep-dish pie pan with nonstick spray.

In a large bowl, thoroughly whisk all ingredients except graham crackers.

Transfer mixture to the pie pan. Bake until partially firm, about 45 minutes.

Refrigerate until completely chilled and firm, at least 3 hours.

Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Enjoy!
