Ingredients
16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh 3.5 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 7 cup Tomato juice, with salt added 2.5 cup White Rice, short grain, cooked 2 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain. Add onions and green pepper diced and cook for about 5 minutes. Add cabbage and beef broth and boil until cabbage is tender. Add tomatoes, rice and juice. Heat through and ready to eat.
