5 serving Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp) 4 carrot Carrots, cooked .33 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 tsp Garlic 2 serving S & B Ginger Paste (by AKAKIRA) 0.25 cup Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added .25 cup Kirkland Organic Chicken Broth (by RAJMHJ)
Directions
Heat oil over medium heat. Add in all other ingredients, cover and simmer until carrots are desired doneness.
