Individual Banana Split Cobbler

* 1/4-cup self-rising flour* 1-tbsp wheat bran* 1/4-cup 8th continent light vanilla soymilk* 1/3-cup splenda measurable, divided* 1-tbsp liquid butter buds (optional but included in the NI for a negligible amount of calories)* 1/2-3/4 cup of whatever fruit you want :) Just add it to the NI
(1) Preheat oven to 375-degrees if doing in the oven.
(2) Mix the flour, bran, soymilk, and 1/4-cup of the splenda together.
(3) Put fruit in bottom of big oven proof mug that has been sprayed with cooking spray and pour the butter buds and left over splenda over the top. Shake it around a bit to mix together.
(4) Pour batter over the top, do not stir.
(5) Microwave at 1-minute intervals until done (about 2-1/2 minutes or so) or bake for 30-35 minutes.
