Vegan Sweet Potato Pudding

Ingredients
3 serving Sweet Potatoe (1 cup) (by FOCUSEDSAM) .5 cup Maple Syrup 2 tbsp Almond Butter 2 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Allspice .25 tsp Salt 0.5 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)
Directions
Put all ingredients except coconut milk into a food processor and puree until smooth.

Add coconut milk gradually until desired consistency is reached.

Serve immediately, or refrigerate one hour before serving.
