Mushroon Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
2.5 oz cooked pasta.5 c cut up mushroom.5 c milk.25 c Flour.3 onion cubed2 tbsp sunflower oil1 oz shredded Swiss cheese1 dash salt1 dash pepper1 tsp dried parsleywater if needed
Directions
cooked the pasta as usual until it is al dente.
Heat the oil and add onions, fry them until glossy, add the mushrooms, fry until lightly browned. Remove Onions & mushrooms, now fry the flour, add milk & water & the spices stir well until you havea thick sauce. add the mushrooms & onions, simmer for 8-10 minutes on low heat.
Prepare an 8 inch casserole dish, put the pasta,, pour sauce on top, stir well, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top,
bake for 30 minutes at 200'C.
