Polenta Perfect

Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Polenta 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken broth 26.4 grams Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions
Boil broth whisk in polenta till smooth. Turn down to low cover and stir every 5-6 min. Should take about 15 minutes. Taste for texture add cheese add butter and stir. Taste again for seasoning. Enjoy hot topped with fresh herbs butter and Parmesan or pour into a buttered baking dish, level out with a spatula, cool in the fridge cut into shapes and brown in a non-stick pan with a touch of olive oil. Serving Size: Makes 16 2oz. Pieces
