Sauteed Squash/w cheese

1 lg Squash1 med Onion1 Cup mozzarella Cheese Graded1cube butter1 cup bread crumbssaltpepperoregano1/2 lemon
Slice Squash into 12 to 15 slices. Slice onion up thinly. Put butter and dash of salt in skillet. Add Onion and Squash. Add about 1 tsp. of Oregano salt and pepper to taste. Sautee for 8 min. or until slightly tender. Add enough bread crumbs to soak up butter.
Remove and lay sliced Squash, then onion on top in a baking pan.Put Cheese on top, and bake for 5-10 min. on 325.
You can use Zucchini as well.
