1.0 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme20.0 beans (4" long) Green Beans (snap)3.0 medium Carrots, raw2.0 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup Parsley1.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.5 cup, sliced Zucchini4.0 oz Beef, bottom round1.0 serving Birdseye's Brussel Sprouts-10 brussels sprouts1.0 cup cauliflower fresh1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)32.0 oz Pacific organic Bone Broth, chicken1.0 tbsp Salt0.5 tbsp Pepper, black3.0 tsp Garlic
Sauté all harder veggies (carrots, onions and celery). In a separate pan, brown the beef. Add the bone broth & beef broth to the veggies, then add the softer veggies, leaving the leafy veggies for last. Add the beef to the veggie broth mixture & simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook to desired taste.
