4 plum tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 4 leaves Basil (optional - salt & pepper)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse just until coarsely chopped.
