I bunch of fresh broccoli1 head of cauliflower32 baby carrotsParkay SpraySalt and Pepper to taste2 tbsps of water per serving to steam
Chop the broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces. Separate into 4 small tupperware containers along w/ 8 baby carrots per container. Store in fridge up to a week, for an easy grab for lunch or snack. When read to eat, sprinkle salt and pepper, spray 8 sprays of butter and add 2 tbsps of water. Loosely replace lid and microwave.
