Applesauce & Oats Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Horseradish1.0 cup Applesauce, unsweetened0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.25 cup Catsup2.0 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)4.0 serving Bread, 45 Calorie & Delightful, 100% Whole Wheat, Sara Lee, 1 slice32.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Assemble ingredients. Prepare muffin pans. (Spray each cup with cooking spray, if desired.) Mix all ingredients together by hand in a large bowl. Fill 18 muffin cups until level with rim. Fill remaining cups with 1-2 oz water each. Bake for 20-25 min. Do not let cool completely before removing from pan. 2 muffins is 1 serving. Serving Size: Makes 18 muffins, serves 9.
