Ingredients
28 oz canned crushed tomato1 small Onions, diced2 clove Garlic, minced2 tsp Ginger Root, minced2 tbsp Garam Masala1 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar.5 tsp Cumin powder.5 tsp Coriander pwder 8 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 3 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt1 container Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz) 1/4 cup fresh Cilantro
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except yogurt and cilantro, in Instant Pot. Cook on high for 15 minutes. Stir in yogurt and cilantro.
