Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, stripsPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Snapper (fish), 16 oz For the Marinade:Curry powder, 1 tbsp Coriander seed, .5 tsp Cumin seed, .25 tsp Garlic, 1 clove Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, .25 cup
Directions
1. Cut fish into cubes or strips place the fish and vegetables in ziploc bag
2. Combine the Marinade ingredients and pour on top of the fish and vegetable
3. Place in a grill safe pan and cook for 10-12 mins or until fish and vegetables are done.
