Creamy chicken and spinach soup with tortellini

Ingredients
3 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 2 cup Spinach, frozen 2.5 cup Cheese Tortellini 0.5 cup Milk - Great Value 1% Low Fat Milk 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted1 tbsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Poultry seasoning
Directions
Cook chicken in broth with onions and celery,, debone and add back to the pot. Return to boil and add spinach, bring to boil again, add frozen tortellini and milk, simmer for 5 minutes, remove from heat and cover and rest for 10 minutes Serving Size: Makes 10 2 cup servings
