50 gram(s) Jay Robb Egg White Protein Powder - Vanilla, 1 scoop 150 grams Cottage Cheese, Nonfat 9 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 8 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia 1 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
Blend yogurt and cottage cheese until smooth. Add stevia.Mix with lemon juice. Preheat oven at 160. Mix all ingredients very well (VERY WELL) and put in silicon round mold.
Bake for 25 min. Remove from oven. Allow to cool at room temperature, then put in the refrigerator for 4 hours (at least!)
