Zesty Low Fat Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
.25 fl oz Lemon Juice 1 serving Garlic (1 clove) (by AIRAMEI) 3 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) 2 anchovy Anchovy (anchovies) .2 tsp Condiments: Tobasco Sauce (McIlhenny) (by DEY101) 1 serving compliments, worchestershire sauce (1 tsp or 5ml) (by CADMENTR) 1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
In a blender (we use the magic bullet) blend the garlic and oil until fully blended and kind of creamy looking. Add the rest of the ingredients, and blend thoroughly. Toss with romaine lettuce for a simple version, or add croutons, bacon bits, mushrooms.
