Ingredients
4.0 oz Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (roasts), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, roasted1.0 serving frenchs original french fried onions1.0 serving 1/4 Avocado1.0 serving Flour tortilla, mission, 10 inch2.0 tbsp Heinz BBQ sauce
Directions
Cook Pork loin in Crock Pot 4 hours, on low. Shred with forks. Heat tortilla in skillet, mix 1 cup of pork with BBQ sauce and center on tortilla, add French onions, mashed avocado, salt and pepper. Fold in sides, roll over filling and cut in half. Serving Size: 1 Wrap
