Ingredients
2.0 cup Brown Rice, long grain1.0 serving avacado 1 medium1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh6.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh8.0 oz Gouda Cheese8.0 oz Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded4.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)16.0 Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 49g
Directions
Shred the chicken. Layer each ingredient into the tortilla and roll up.
