Garlic Red Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
5 medium Red Potato4 tbsp Land O' Lakes Lite Butter w/Canola Oil2 tablespoons minced garlic1/4 cup non-fat milk
Directions
Cut up potatoes (do not peel) and boil until done.
Add butter, garlic and milk. Mash/mix.
