1 lb Brussels sprouts, fresh 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 medium Carrots, raw 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 4 clove Garlic 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.5 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 Cup Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt 1.5 cup Cannellini Beans White Kidney Beans Bushs 16 oz Pacific organic Bone Broth, chicken
Directions
chop veggies, sautee to soften, add liquids and beans, simmer approx. 30 min to combine flavors
