2 cup Rienzi Chick Peas .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1.5 tbsp Parsley, dried 1.5 tbsp Cilantro, dried 4 clove Garlic 1 tsp Cumin seed 2 tsp Coriander leaf, dried 1 tsp Chili powder 2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil .5 tsp Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
preheat oven to 400. put all ingredients except oil in food processor.chop fine but not pureed. add oil as needed for cohesion. oil baking sheet and form patties from mixture. place on sheet & cook 10 mins on one side. turn over & cook 15 mins
