Butter Chicken

Ingredients
793 grams Crushed Tomatoes 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 3 tsp Minced Ginger (by CURIOUSANA) 3.5 tbsp Curry powder
Directions
Dice and Cook chicken, set aside. Add garlic and ginger to butter and cook on med-low until they smell amazing. add onion and curry, cook until soft. add tomatoes and bring to a simmer. whisk in cream and add chicken. simmer 30 mins. serve over rice.
