1 serving muscle milk whey protein vanilla .5 cup Great value, Frozen unsweetened Mixed fruit(strawberry, peach, mango, and pineapple) 8 oz Silk Almond Coconut Milk Unsweetened
add to blender, I blended on 'shake' for 30 or 40 seconds. I always use straw when I make protein shakes, especially when they add ice--this one had 1 small chunk of fruit at the bottom. Next time maybe blend just a little longer
