Nadine kale salad with avocado

Ingredients
8 cup, chopped Kale 4 slice, thin Onions, raw 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Salt 0.5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
Directions
Remove stems from one bunch of kale and cut into ribbons. Massage the olive oil and salt into the kale to break down the fibrous kale texture. Let sit at least 1/2 hour. Slice onion very thin and add to salad along with sliced avocado and fresh squeezed lemon before serving. Serving Size: 8-10 1-cup servings
