Sweet Chili Chicken and Veggies

Ingredients
16.5 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast0.75 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked1.0 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini1.0 small Onions, raw4.0 tbsp Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce3.0 tbsp carbonell extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Heat oil over med high heat. Add chicken and 2 tbsp chili sauce. Cook until no longer pink. Place chicken on a plate and set aside. Add vegetables to skillet, season to your liking and add remaining chili sauce. (Garlic also works with this dish) When veggies are tender add chicken back to skillet and cook a few more minutes. Remove veggies and chicken and allow sauce to thicken then drizzle onto chicken and veggies. I serve this with rice (not included in nutrition). Try this same dish with pork or shrimp. For a little sweetness try adding pineapple.
