Healthy cereal bars

Ingredients
1 large Egg white, fresh 20 grams Wheat bran, crude 100 gram(s) Früchte-Müsli, Classic (by TRAVELJUNKIEAMY) 20 grams Flour, whole grain 2 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by GFERBER) 0.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 4 tsp Erythritol (by GHGHNOW) 1 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder
Directions
Mix all together. Preheat oven at 100. (100 celcius, not more)
Bake for 10 min on parchment paper making sure the batter is around 3 cm high. Remove. Flip and slice. Bake at 150 for another 15 min. Flip and bake for 5 min. Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to cool on a wine rack. When you store them, make sure it is airtight...
