Ingredients
1 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 0.5 cup Wheat bran, crude 0.25 cup Flour, whole grain 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 60 gram(s) Vital Protein, Original Pea Protein Isolate (by ROSCOE01) 100 gram(s) cottage cheese LINESSA (by NATAN2007) 1 tbsp Honey 1 serving Leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry_package 7.0 gram (by CHUCKLES0719) 6 serving Egg white, large 13 gram Flaxmeal, ground (Bobs Red Mill) Organic2T=13g Gluten Free GF
Directions
Start early. Heat some water. Dissolve the yeast in 4 tbsp lukewarm water and add the honey. Grind your oats but keep 1 tbsp.
After 20 min, take all dry ingredients and blend them until you have a nice powder. Add the ground oats. Mix yogurt and milk. Add the dry ingredients. Knead the dough a bit. Leave it in a warm place for 50 min. Whisk egg whites until fluffly. It is a good idea to season with some salt. Add them in the dough. Mix well. Preheat oven at 180. Take a non-stick or silicon loaf mold. Pour the mixture. Top with the oats you kept. Bake at 180 for 50 min or more. The bread should make an "empty" noise if you hit it in the bottom. Allow to cool and slice
