1 large Carrot, raw, cut into bite size1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 3 strips of Bacon2 medium Potatoes, with skin cut to bite size1 large clove of garlic, chopped1 section green pepper, chopped1 can Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 5.5 fl oz Tomato juice, with salt added 1 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce 2 cans Chopped Clams Tomato juice ( individual can)Bay leafSeveral sprigs of Thymewater to make 2 1/2 quarts soupSalt and pepper to taste
Brown bacon, add veggies, add remainder ingredients and simmer until veggies are soft
