2 1/4 cups Mary Jane's Organic whole Wheat budget mix(www.maryjanesfarm.org)1/2 lb Turkey breakfast sausage1 1/2 Tbsp grapeseed oil1/3 cup white flour6 cups skim milk1 Tbsp black pepper1 tsp salt
Make 12 biscuits according to budget mix directions.
Over medium heat add grapseed oil to skillet. Stir in breakfast sausage and brown. When the sausage is thoroughly cooked, remove from pan squeezing out as much oil as possible. Over medium high heat sprinkle the white flour into the oil and heat, stirring constantly. Add milk and continue to stir with a wisk until thickened. This makes 6 servings of 2 biscuits and 3/4 cup of gravy each.
