Skinny nacho cheese sauce

Ingredients
80 mL Buttermilk, lowfat 5 grams Corn Starch 4 grams Tomato Paste 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 30 grams Onions, raw 1 dash Salt 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 1 serving Laughing Cow white cheddar wedge
Directions
Sautee onions in some water in a small sauce pan. Chop the pepper. Add spices and tomato paste. Add buttermilk and lower the temp. Be careful not to burn it. In 3 tbsp water dissolve the cornstarch. Once milk is boiling, remove from stove, add cornstarch and stir. Add the cheese. Put back on the stove and allow to cook for 2 min. Remove. Add the jalapeno to taste. DONE
