Caramelized onion quiche

Ingredients
7.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw10.0 oz Blue Diamond Almond Milk Almond Cashew Unsweetened1.0 piece (1/8 of 9" crust) Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake2.5 cup Spinach, fresh0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw1.0 serving Morningstar Farms Spicy Black Bean Burger, 1 patty1.0 clove Garlic55.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw1.0 dash Salt1.0 oz Gouda Cheese
Directions
Beat eggs until your arms are sore and then pour in your cashew milk (or whatever milk you like) and beat together. Then dice up a half or while bell pepper and a few cloves of garlic. Throw those in the egg mixture with some salt, pepper, spinach, and 2 teaspoons of powder curry. Set oven to 375 and lay your pre made pie crust in a pie dish. Pour in your egg mixture and put in oven. Set timer for a half hour. Throw a dabble-do-ya of oil or butter in a pan with half of a onion that's been cut to look like noodles and cook until caramelized. When 30 min is up add this to the quiche and set the timer for 25 min. Microwave frozen bean burger for 30 sec and dice it up. After 25 min add the diced burger and crumbly cheese and cook quiche for another 10 min.
