Ingredients
8 tbsp Smart Balance Omega Creamy Natural Peanut Butter 1 cup Great Value Quick Oats 8 tbsp Honey 1 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt 4 serving GNC Pro Performance Whey Isolate 28 Protein Powder (Vanilla): 1 scoop= 1 serving 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 2 tsp Raw Sugar - Sugar in the Raw
Directions

Preheat your oven/toaster oven to 350 degrees.
Combine ingredients in a large bowl until well-mixed.
Scoop onto a baking sheet about 1½ inches apart.
Sprinkle each cookie with raw sugar.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
