1 cup all purpose flour1 cup whole wheat flour.5 teaspoons baking powder.25 teaspoons salt1 cup sugar.5 cups trans fat-free vegetable oil spread (60% to 70% oil)3 egg whites2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees F.
mix ingredients in a mixing bowl
roll out flat on wax paper
refridgerate for at least 1 hour
cut out 2 inch wide 1/8 inch thick
bake 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet for 5 to 9 minutes
