Tipsy BBQ Pulled Chicken

Ingredients
18.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted4.0 fl oz Red Wine8.0 tbsp Stubb''s Sticky Sweet BBQ Sauce0.5 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry
Directions
Lay chicken breasts flat into crock pot. Add wine, pepper, and any seasonings you like. Cook on high for 4, or low for 6 hours. Take chicken out of pot, shred. Reserve 4Tbsp liquid and discard, save for soup, or use to cook quinoa. Add chicken, bbq, and liquid back to crock pot, keep on low or warm setting. Put quinoa and 1.5 cups water (or broth and water) in a pot. Heat high to boiling, then set low and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with fresh salad.
