THE skinny apple pie

Ingredients
3 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 4 large Egg white, fresh 4 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 70 grams Flour, whole grain 16 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 3 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple
Directions
Mix yogurt and vinegar and allow to sit. While it is sitting, mix dry ingredients. Slice the fruits thinly, I don't peel them (buy organic). pour lemon juice. Preheat oven at 200. Mix egg whites and yogurt. Add extract, Mix with flour adding it tablespoon by tablespoon. Very lightly grease a 20*20 non-stick pie pan.Dip each slice in your egg mix until you use it all. Making sure you change between apple and pear line a first raw. Sprinkle some additional spice. Make a second, third and fourth raw or until you use all your slices following the same pattern. Bake for 40-45 min and allow to cool in the fridge before serving
