100 gram beleg, kaas, cottage cheese Linessa (Lidl) (by LOLA78KG) 2 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by GFERBER) 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 4 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia 1 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
Blend cottage cheese and stevia. Mix the coconut flour with the cocoa and add to the cottage cheese. Put the mixture in the fridge for 20 min. Remove and form into 10 balls. put them on a parchment paper and sprinkle with the shredded coconut. Roll them so that they get covered, Put in individual paper mini muffin cases. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and keep refrigerated up to 3 days
