Low calorie pancakes

Ingredients
2 tbsp Canola Oil 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour 0.5 cup Flour, white 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 6 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Whisk egg
Add sugar
Whisk again
Add milk
Add vanilla
Add oil
Stir in flour slowly
Add baking powder and stir

Mix until smooth

Heat frying pan to medium heat

Ladle a scoop of batter into pan

Cook for 2 minutes until golden

Flip

Cook for 1-2 minutes

Remove
