1.0 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh0.25 cup, sliced Almonds0.13 cup Pumpkin seeds0.5 cup Baby Spinach (raw)0.3 serving no name quick oats prepared in water 1 serving = 3/4 cup0.25 cup Liberté Greek Yogurt Plain 2%0.75 cup pc power fruit blend0.75 cup ocean spray cran-cherry1.0 tsp David's Tea Grand Cru Matcha (dry)
Place almonds, oatmeal and pumpkin seeds in the blender and mill them down into a fine grind. Then add matcha powder, frozen fruit, spinach, banana, and Yogurt. Pour juice over top and blend until smooth.
