Ingredients
4 cloves Garlic 2 tsp Cajun choice blackened seasoning (by AKELLY45) 4 serving Chicken Breast Raw (by MARITZA-FITNESS) 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
Directions
Season chicken breast with Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Heat coconut oil in cast iron skillet, add garlic - heat until oil is hot. Add chicken, cook until done.
