Filling soup

Ingredients
1 cup Wheat bran, crude 12 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 1 clove Garlic 1 small Onions, raw 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Sautee onions and clove in some wate in a medium, non-stick, pot. Take 1 1/2 cup of water and bring to a boil. Add spices and bran to the onion-clove mix. Mix quickly. Add the boiled water. Boil for 10 min stirring occasionally. Remove from stove, add yogurt, whisk and serve. Season with some freshly ground black pepper. Eat hot.
