1 lbs Ground Turkey1 large Onion1 large Green Pepper, chopped1/2 large Red Pepper, chopped1 tsp Sea Salt1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder1 tsp dried basil leaves2 Garlic Clived, minced1 1/2 cup soaked Black Beans1/2 cup drained reserve liquid1/2 cup Corn (frozen)1/4 cup chopped Parsley
Makes 6-8 1 cup servings
Brown meat in a large skillet. Break into small pieces. Add onions, green peppers, and red peppers. Cook until vegatables are tender crisp. Gently stir sea salt, chili powder, basil, garlic, beans, and corn. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Stir in some of the reserve liquid if you want to increase to moistness. Gently stir in the parsley. Heat through and serve.
