1.5 cup Brown Rice, long grain 300 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 94 grams Onions, raw 45 grams Shallots 227 grams Mushrooms, fresh 20 grams Canola Oil 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Cook rice with herbs, spices and salt in water
Cook vegetable in oil in a pan
Add vegetable to rice when vegetable are cooked
