Boneless Stewing Beef--choice chuck
Crock Pot: place chopped coarsely diced meat into crock pot. Add flour, salt, pepper, and paprika and stir to coat all the meat. Add all other ingredients and cover. Cook on low for 10-12 hours. Stir before serving.
