Ingredients
1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tsp Paprika1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 tbsp Salt1.0 tbsp Olive Oil5.0 medium Carrots, raw1.0 cup, diced Celery, cooked1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup Parsley10.0 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) Radishes4.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Baked Potato, with skin3.0 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes1.0 glass (3.5 fl oz) Red Wine24.0 oz Lamb, Cubed2.0 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
Directions
Brown lamb in olive oil and remove from pot Carmelize finely chopped onion, add celery halfway through and deglaze with red wine. Add all ingredients to pot except potato and braise for 3hrs. Add potato about 30min prior to end time. Add some fresh parsley to garnish. Can serve with rice or with side salad. Serving Size: Makes 10 servings
