Hot greens and sausage

Ingredients
5.0 cup, chopped Mustard greens, fresh1.0 head Endive200.0 gram(s) hot italian pork sausage1.0 tbsp Olive Oil0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Remove sausage from casing and brown in olive oil with 1/4 onion chopped into fine strips. Add washed and chopped greens into pot and wilt while stirring. Do not cover pot. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Near the end add about 2 tbsp of lemon juice. Serve as side or with rice.
